This is a must have book for anyone who is job hunting and going on interviews. This book saved me during my interview today with difficult questions like "What are your negative traits", "What negative disagreements have you had with peers/supervisors" and "How did you overcome the disagreements". I checked this book out from my local library, but as soon as it comes to Kindle, I will be purchasing it.
The format lists an interview question, and follows it up with at least 6 answers choices that you can use to get an ideal of how you can answer the question. This is a great guideline for preparing for your interview. Also, this book is for everyone, high school grad, college grad. | It's not so much the questions that are the problem, but rather the suggested answers. Most are laughable, and no sensible person would ever use them (if they really wanted the job, that is).
